During Royal Welsh Show week we are happy to accommodate very early breakfasts or, for those who can't eat early like me - will provide a take away breakfast or packed lunch on request

Deposits will only be refunded if the dates can be refilled

£15 handling fee will be deducted from refunds

Cancellations within 10 days of stay will not be refunded but may be carried over to alternative dates

Terms & Conditions:

Prices are based on up to 3 people sharing. For a 3rd bed, add £30 per booking
Short Breaks are charged at a minimum of 2 nights (3 nights where there is a Bank Holiday)
25% deposit is required to secure a booking
Deposits are non-refundable unless the cottage is re-let
A cancellation fee of £15 is charged to cover handling fees
Cheques should be made payable to 'Cerdyn Villa'.
Well behaved dogs allowed but must be kept off beds. An additional charge of £5 per night will be added to your bill.
