Deposits will only be refunded if the dates can be refilled
£15 handling fee will be deducted from refunds
Cancellations within 10 days of stay will not be refunded but may be carried over to alternative dates
All accommodation is strictly no smoking.
We do not take pets in the Villa but accept well behaved animals in the Annex at a charge of £5 per night

Terms & Conditions:

  • Prices are based on up to 3 people sharing. For a 3rd bed, add £30 per booking
  • Short Breaks are charged at a minimum of 2 nights (3 nights where there is a Bank Holiday)
  • 25% deposit is required to secure a booking
  • Deposits are non-refundable unless the cottage is re-let
  • A cancellation fee of £15 is charged to cover handling fees
  • Cheques should be made payable to 'Cerdyn Villa'.
  • Well behaved dogs allowed but must be kept off beds. An additional charge of £5 per night will be added to your bill.
