Cerdyn Bungalow – Self catering or B&B accommodation
Our annex (fixed mobile unit) is set alongside the main house and looks out over the garden and copse of woodland. It sleeps 3 people, with a decent sized double complete with large fitted wardrobes, plus a small single bedroom, suitable for a younger child. All bedding is provided. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a washing machine, and is open plan to the lounge/diner. In the lounge you will find a TV/DVD player and a radio/CD player plus a selection of books, CDs and board games. There is also free WI-FI connectivity. The bathroom offers a bath but no shower. Towels are not included but can be hired using our ’welcome pack’ order form.
All gas and electricity usage is included in the rate.
Behind the main house there is a workshop offering secure bike lock up. There is also an outdoor sink and hose for washing bikes after following some of the magnificent trails in the area.
Within easy walking distance of restaurants, shops and the station, Cerdyn Bungalow is conveniently located and yet secluded. Use us as a base and set off on foot to explore the wonderful Powys countryside, follow the River Irfon through the valley, or try fishing in the nearby Abernant Lake or Irfon River. Make sure you keep an eye open for the local wildlife, especially the magnificent Red Kite

Spring Lambs
The accommodation is centrally heated and double glazed and overlooks a family garden with a copse of mature pine trees. There is plenty of outdoor furniture should you wish to relax and enjoy the tranquillity over lunch or a glass of wine and watch the birds. Cerdyn Brook trickles past and sheep bleat in the surrounding fields – it is a wonderful spot to unwind.
If you fancy a treat, breakfast is available in the main house at a charge of £6.50per head. ‘Welcome packs’ are available for ordering to ensure basic provisions are in place on arrival. We can also provide packed lunches for your days out at very reasonable rates if you don’t fancy preparing them yourselves.
