Access Statement

Cerdyn Villa has a small step into the front door. Both guest bedrooms are on the 1st floor accessed only by stairs. The stair well has a handrail on one side. Compliance with fire regulations means that there are 2 doors to enter the room, the first opening inwards to a small recess. The en-suites have step in shows.

Cerdyn Annex - our self catering annex has a slope to the entrance with handrails on both sides.  There is a step at the threshhold of the front door.  The hallway and interior doors are fairly narrow and would not fit a wheelchair. The property is all on one level. The bathroom contains a walk in shower with a small step up to enter.
